  4. [Description]
  5.     (1) Picture File Navigator(PicNavi) is a desktop utility for searching
  6.     and managing picture files.
  7.     (2) It searches all the picture files in any drive and/or goes through
  8.     all subdirectories.
  9.     (3) If any picture files are found, they are listed in a search
  10.     results list box and a separated pictures window. You can select a
  11.     picture file either from the list box or the pictures window, and
  12.     perform such tasks as editing, copying, and deleting.
  13.     (4) Picture files recognized by PicNavi include icons(*.ico),bitmaps
  14.     (*.bmp), run-length encoded files(*.rle), and metafile(*.wmf) files.
  15.     (5) This program is freely distributed as shareware and may be evaluated
  16.     without charge for 30 days.

  27.     it from most BBS's or from Compuserve GO MSBASIC, search for VBRUN3.EXE)

  29. [Installation]
  30.     (1) Place first 4 files in the directory of your choice. (example c:\picnavi\)  
  31.     (2) Place vbrun300.dll in the same directory or in your windows system directory.
  32.     (3) Add picnavi.exe to the program group of your choice, 
  33.     or create a new group.

  73. PicNavi is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge to the user
  74. for evaluation. Feel free to share it with your friends, but please do not
  75. give it away altered or as part of another system. The essence of "user-
  76. supported" software is to provide personal computer users with quality

  78. to continue to develop new products. If you find PicNavi useful and find
  79. that you are using it and continue to use after a reasonable trial period,
  80. you must make a registration payment to the author.
